Official Statement to the claims made by some individuals that Robert Kuntz is a scammer and that BuzzBot is a scam.

My name is Robert Kuntz. I am an Entrepreneur who is a partner and CEO of BuzzBot Technologies. I am also a single father of a ten year old boy who has not seen his mom since he was in diapers as we lost her to the world of alcoholism when he was a baby. I have spent the last decade caring for my son and working towards building a successful business to support my family. Being a self-employed Entrepreneur, it has not been an easy road.
Today I am a partner in BuzzBot with my dad (71) and financial partner, Laura Lynch. Together we have built a technology company over the last two years that brings the trend of Social Networking from less than 5% of all websites having these popular features to all websites on the Internet having these features. That is our niche and our "intellectual property". This is what has driven us in this venture. We have built our product line based on this technology with products ranging from our lesser expensive BuzzWords (keyword addressing technology), to our high end BuzzBot Properties, whereby we have built fully interactive BuzzBot Topic Specific Communities based on the BuzzBot Technologies for our customers.

I have been self-employed for many years. I have worked a lot of network marketing businesses and built a lot of online software systems to support them.
This has been my full-time effort since the Internet had taken off in the mid 90s. Yet out of all of the things that I have done and been involved with, individuals bent on bashing me have taken 3 instances of business failure and turned them against me as if I have been a scammer, ripping people off with no conscience or heart.
Being an Entrepreneur, and as so many successful Entrepreneurs state, it takes many failures and lessons in life and business before true success can be achieved. I have failed in business many times. I am not unlike so many Entrepreneurs who strive for success.
I have NEVER entered into a business relationship with the intention to defraud, scam or hurt anyone - EVER. I simply could not do it. If I knew that it was a scam, money game, gifting program or ponzi scheme of any kind, I simply would not do it. It's not in me. It's not who I am. Every business that I pursued has always had a product that I believed in. I may not have always made the right decisions in business, but that is part of business and learning the trade of becoming a successful Entrepreneur.
Today, claims are being made that I am some kind of crook and scammer; that I have stole money from unsuspecting affiliates; that I run a ponzi scheme or pyramid scam; that I have intentionally redirected sign ups to my own personal account; that I am a snake, schemer and scammer and many other claims against me and my current business, BuzzBot.
These people are individuals who became upset when they found out that BuzzBot had fallen onto hard times and could not process refund requests because the company was financially unable to do so. Prior to this there was very little issue concerning these allegations (except from outsiders bashing me from an old business failure from years ago - see below)
These members based their claims, not based on our current business model, rather on past claims of a person who hosts a blog that bashes me directly for a failed business venture that I was in many years ago. His blog claims that I purposefully scammed people out of thousands of dollars and disappeared, when in reality we had a company that released a software program called the "Media Pilot" (Direct to Desktop Messaging)that had a severe bug that caused computers to lock up. This caused the down fall of that company and organization. The company went bust very quickly. At the time I was taking care of my mom who had stage 4 ovarian cancer. She passed away during this period and I was crushed over the loss of my mom and the business. I borrowed some money from a friend and moved my son and I back to Texas to start a new life and try to get myself back together. What David's blog was claiming is that this process was me purposefully stealing money and disappearing and that was not true in the slightest bit.
He also posted documents about an issue I had from years prior with the SEC, whereby I (based on the lack of knowledge and understanding of the SEC laws) promoted the sale of and sold unregistered securities, stock in our company through advertisements in order to fund the development of our company and software at the time. The SEC did an "informal inquiry" and issued a non-conjunction agreement. They went through all of the finances and records and determined that the funds were used for the business and not spent on luxuries or personal expenditures and concluded that there was NO criminal activity, just the fact that I was advertising unsolicited securities. So this document was made public and David posted this in support of his blog and his claims of me being a scammer.
Further, posts of me supposedly scamming people on eBay in a hobby/business where I was building custom motorcycles and the mechanic that I partnered with was taking the old parts from the bikes and selling them on eBay and not mailing the products. I split from that partnership because of his actions and of course this was also used against me to further support people claiming that I was a scammer.
These three incidents are based not on me being a scammer as some people will lead you to believe, rather on business failures that resulted from poor business decisions, honest mistakes that I have made with no intention of scheming or scamming anyone.
Today, a thorough review of our business, our technology and the many satisfied customers that we do have will show that we are on the up-and-up. We have made some bad decisions in the past regarding our current business, though we have also learned from them and are working very hard to make up for them. For example, the main mistake that we made with our BuzzBot Properties was offering a full 100% no questions asked refund if they were unhappy for any reason. We had some technology issues over the last 6 months that we have since overcome that did not allow us to grow as quickly as expected and this triggered a rash of refund requests. We began to refund some members but when more refunds came in than we could afford to process (still a small percentage of our customers) it looked like we were going to be forced into filing bankruptcy.
After meeting with an attorney, we were advised that filing a chapter 11 was more of a headache and cost than it was worth and he advised that we simply try to work it out with our members on a case by case basis. We took his advice and have been pursuing this effort since.
Unfortunately, there are a few members that have banned together in a bashing campaign that is structured in a manner to "force" us to refund monies. When explained to them that the company's current financial situation did not allow us to do so, they became increasingly difficult to work with, sending continuous threats, posting all sorts of slander and constantly harassing us at corporate and our members and customers in the field.
These individuals call us low-lives, yet their actions show that they don't care who they hurt as long as they get their money.
We are simply average people like the majority of people today just trying to get by. We want the best for our members, customers, family and friends and we are striving to do what is right. These individuals would lead you to believe otherwise by calling us monsters, scammers and schemers. We encourage you to do your due diligence and make your decisions based on facts and not the hearsay of those individuals who only paint the worst possible picture in an effort to reclaim their money.
In closing, I just want to say that we are not going to quit. We will not give up. We will prevail. We will move forward with 100% conviction and dedication to this company, our members and our customers. We will do everything in our power to help ensure a stable future for BuzzBot and the BuzzBot membership.

ReplyDeleteTOday i have been promised refund as soon as his fucking loan comapny comes out to verify physical location of the new SCAM office in Sanford Fla ! The funny thing is NO ONE made money from the properties bought NO where near the guarantee OF $48,000 for the year I feel sorry for those that are still with this scumbag and His lying ass father a ship of fools the few 100 that are still there !
